Return Policy

Please order a sample before placing your complete wallpaper order.

Because the wallpaper is printed to order, we can only accept returns for printing or manufacturing errors. We cannot accommodate returns on the basis of excess or leftovers, project changes, color expectations, inexperienced paperhanging, or similar scenarios. Please always order a sample first, and we are happy to help figure out the proper amount of paper to order. Feel free to email us with any questions.

If your wallpaper arrives damaged from shipping or misprinting, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a reprint or return. Wallpaper must be returned in original packaging with invoice included.

Substrates

Our papers are printed on either traditional unpasted or pre-pasted paper. Both are a non-woven, semi glossy surface with a smooth texture, B1 fire resistance rating, and PVC free.
